Our mission is to inspire young athletes through movement, creativity, and collaboration, while teaching the values of teamwork, leadership, responsibility, and respect. As a true team sport, aesthetic group gymnastics helps every athlete learn how to work together, support one another, and succeed as a group.
We encourage leadership development by empowering athletes to take initiative, grow into captain roles, and lead by example—skills that build confidence, accountability, and character. Through discipline, mutual respect, and shared goals, we prepare our athletes not only for competition but for success in their future lives.

What is AGG?
The sport of Aesthetic Group Gymnastics (AGG) is based on stylized, natural body movement. The sport involves harmonious, rhythmic, and dynamic movements performed with natural use of strength. There is a natural flow from one movement to the next, as if each new movement is created from the previous one. All movements must be performed fluently, showing amplitude and variety in the dynamics and speed.

The composition must include versatile, varied body movements, such as body waves and swings, balances and pivots, jumps and leaps, dance steps, and lifts. Physical qualities such as flexibility, speed, strength, coordination, and the ability to move effortlessly are required.

A competitive group consists of 6 to 10 gymnasts. Teamwork and unity are essential. Choreography using expressive interpretation of music through movements creates a story.
AGG is art, expression, and feelings combined into a high-level competitive sport.
